A meeting is set up by phone or in person to discuss the project
scope, which includes the design, color and finish. After this
meeting, a job proposal and estimate is created and sent to the
customer. A checklist will also be sent to the customer, so that
all the steps that need to be accomplished on their end are
delineated.
